112 in Amarante, with NIF 514319712. INL DG is the owner of this website, and unless expressly stated otherwise, of all its contents, which are protected by national and international intellectual property standards.
By accessing and using the website, the user agrees and accepts the terms, conditions and policies that govern its operation.

By accessing and using the inlinea.pt website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations and that you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. All Products and Services sold on the inlinea.pt website comply with Portuguese legislation. Inlinea declines any responsibility in case of violation of the legislation of the country where the order is delivered. It is the Customer's responsibility to check with local authorities the conditions for importing or using the Products they wish to order. Inlinea is not responsible for losses resulting from interference, interruptions, computer viruses, malfunctions or disconnections of the operating system that may temporarily prevent access, navigation or the provision of services to Users.

9. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The Product catalog available on the inlinea.pt website is independent of physical stores, both in terms of price and quantity in stock. All promotional campaigns have limited and exclusive stock for online marketing.
Inlinea only processes an order placed by a Customer after confirmation of the respective payment, therefore Inlinea cannot guarantee the availability of the items until the aforementioned processing begins. In the product file, the Customer will find the estimated shipping date. In addition to the estimated shipping time, transport time is added, which depends on the chosen carrier, as well as the destination of the order.
Inlinea only ships on weekdays, twice a week, these being Wednesdays and Fridays. Therefore, neither weekends nor holidays are taken into account when estimating delivery of orders. In any case, estimated delivery dates are indicative only.
Our policy aims to provide the Customer with the greatest brevity and convenience.
If any ordered product is unavailable, and after having contacted the supplier to inquire about the possibility of replacing the missing item, Inlinea will contact the customer if the delivery time or the price of the item changes and the order will only proceed after consent given by the client.
In case of absolute unavailability of stock of the ordered product, Inlinea may propose to the Customer the supply of a product of equivalent quality and price, if available, and, also in this case, the order will only proceed after consent given by the customer.
In case of absolute unavailability of stock of the ordered product, and it is not possible to offer the Customer any product of equivalent quality and price or if the Customer has not given their consent to change the order initially placed, Inlinea will reimburse the amounts paid by the Customer, within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days after notification of cancellation.
Any delay in the dispatch of items, in relation to the estimated dates presented, does not entitle the Customer to any compensation.
10. ORDERS | VALIDATION | DELIVERY FORECAST
To formalize any order on the inlinea.pt website, the Customer does not necessarily have to register, but if they want to take advantage of the discounts and benefits that Inlinea has to offer, they must provide the data requested, in the most complete and accurate way possible. .
The information made available on this website, regarding the characteristics of the article(s), is prepared taking into account the information provided by its suppliers. The images that accompany the products try to be as reliable as possible, however, the color tones of the images may differ in reality, as a result of factors such as lighting at the time of capturing the image or, finally, the device electronic device in use by the Customer. It is the Customer's sole responsibility to check whether the item(s) he has selected have the appropriate dimensions for the space for which it is intended, as well as whether the respective access to the destination space makes delivery possible.
Any and all accessories or decoration complements present in the ambient images of the product(s), which are not identified in the title of the item being displayed, are not included in the price, except when expressly indicated.
The order is only validated after payment of the corresponding amount.
The prices of products presented on this website already include the VAT rate in force in Portugal.
The prices of products presented on this website do not include fees for auxiliary services, such as assembly or delivery, except when explicitly presented on the corresponding product page. These services can be purchased, to do so, simply indicate the request at the time of purchase and/or contact our Customer Support service requesting the same.
The estimated delivery date for products purchased by the Customer is defined on the product page next to the description of the respective item, and may vary between items.
Please note that this is only a forecast, however, no responsibility can be placed on Inlinea if the order cannot, for any reason, be fulfilled in whole or in part within the estimated time frame, as some items may be out of stock. , with no date for new availability. In these cases, the customer will receive a refund.
11. DELIVERIES
Items purchased at inlinea.pt are shipped to the address indicated in the purchase process.
In the case of an order with several items, they are sent at the same time. In cases of differences in reception times at our warehouse, a waiting period is made until all the items are gathered to process a single shipment. If you wish to receive the various items in order of arrival, please contact us via email, identifying your order number, and requesting it. Dismantled shipping may incur additional transportation charges.
We only ship to mainland Portugal.
Changing the address may incur an additional cost charged by the carrier, which is not controlled by Inlinea.
12. TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY RULES
For deliveries to be properly efficient, customers must pay attention to the following points:
– Items may only be transported with packaging or properly packaged;
– Articles cannot be lifted over handrails and/or other obstacles;
– Articles, with the exception of crane service, cannot be transported through windows, balconies, awnings, etc.;
– All exception requests requested by customers will have to be validated with those responsible for the carrier and, in case of agreement, any incident that occurs will be the sole responsibility of the customer;
– We provide a measurement guide, helping you understand your space and also the item you intend to purchase. This way, you will make better use of the product, ensuring that it fulfills its function, but also achieving better conservation conditions for it.
13. CARRIER’S RESPONSIBILITY
– Before attempting delivery, the teams will confirm the access conditions;
– If confirmed, the packaged item is removed from the vehicle and the attempt will only be carried out by conventional means (stairs/elevator);
– If it is impossible to use the elevator and, as long as the stairs meet the essential conditions, the item will be transported to the respective floor, and from the 4th floor, the intervention of a team may be necessary special or reinforced, which will require a special request from the respective person responsible for each warehouse;
– In case of doubt, regarding the dimensions of the accesses, measurements will be taken at the respective location;
– If there are conditions, the team will inform those responsible and the respective incidence will be launched;
– In cases of doubt, an inspection of the site may be carried out (on a date to be scheduled);
– If necessary, the customer will be informed of possible alternatives for carrying out the delivery (reinforced team or crane service and in these cases subject to a quote).
14. SHIPPING PRICE FOR DELIVERIES
The value corresponding to your order is calculated and displayed when your shopping cart is validated. This price varies depending on the type of order to be processed, being sensitive to the weight, size and extension of the cart. We only deliver to mainland Portugal.
Picking up your order from our space or spaces is free.
15. MOUNTS
The price shown in the shopping cart does not include assembly.
If you would like help assembling the items you purchased at inlinea.pt, please attach a quote request for assembly to your purchase and an Inlinea employee will contact you to provide you with all the support.
16. CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
When purchasing an item in our online store you have 14 days to return your order. Days start counting from the moment of delivery to the customer's home. The same does not happen if the purchase is made in our physical stores.

Cancellations, exchanges and returns Interior Home
The following conditions and terms are only applicable to purchases made at inlinea.pt
The Customer may cancel their order if – if there is no stock, it has not yet been processed by our suppliers. If it is not processed, it will be possible to cancel the order and the Customer will be entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid relating to the intended cancellation. Upon receipt of the order by the Customer, the Customer may exercise their right to free resolution under the legally stipulated terms indicated below, namely in Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February.
Failure to pay for the order within 2 (two) days following the date on which it was definitively placed implies automatic cancellation of the order.
In accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law no. 7/2004 of 7 January (with the amendments conferred by Decree-Law no. August), regarding electronic commerce, Inlinea reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order whenever there is a programming error, malfunction of Inlinea's computers, as well as if the contractual proposal arrives deformed at its destination and the error concerns an essential element of the contract.
Within the scope of its Customer Satisfaction Policy, and in accordance with applicable legislation, Inlinea allows the exchange or return (termination of the contract) of articles, within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Customer, without payment compensation and without the need to indicate the reason.
The Customer has the right to terminate the contract without incurring any contractual costs within 14 (fourteen) days from the day following the day: (i) on which the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer, other than the carrier , acquires possession of the good or in the case (ii) in which the Customer or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last good when the consumer has ordered several goods in a single order and the goods are delivered separately. In the case of returns, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the Customer, choosing the carrier they best understand. In the event of defects caused by the carrier, they will be communicated to the Customer who will undertake to resolve them with the chosen carrier.
In order to exercise their right of free termination, the Customer must communicate to the Customer Support service through our contact details (see contact section), their decision to terminate this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. , letter sent by post or email).
In order to speed up the refund process, in the case of amounts paid by Credit Card and ATM with the indication of the associated NIB/IBAN, the refund will be made using the same payment method.
If the customer wishes to receive another form of refund, they must contact Interior Home within a maximum period of 7 days from the date on which Inlinea was informed of their decision to terminate the contract.
Inlinea further informs that it will withhold the refund until it has received the returned goods and verified their condition, which is supported by a photographic collection.
The Customer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which he informed Inlinea of the free termination of the contract, considering that it is respected if the Customer returns the goods before the end of this period of 14 (fourteen) days.
The Customer must bear the full costs of returning the goods if the right to freely terminate the contract is exercised.
If you wish to exchange items, the Customer must contact the Support Service through our contact page. The Customer should not, under any circumstances, send articles to Inlinea without having made prior contact as they will not be received.
Although returns/exchanges are accepted within the 14-day reflection period (as described above), returned goods will only be accepted if they scrupulously respect the following conditions:
– Returned items must be intact and without any marks/damage from use;
– You will have to return the item together with its packaging, manuals and immaculate accessories;

17. PACKAGING ERRORS
If the product/s you received do not correspond to the characteristics of your order or if they are damaged, you must contact our Customer Service.
18. WARRANTY FOR PURCHASED ITEMS AND AFTER-SALES ASSISTANCE
In accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law No. 67/2003, of April 8th, with changes introduced by Decree-Law No. 84/2008, of May 21st, all equipment sold on inlinea.pt is covered by a guarantee of conformity of the goods corresponding to a period of 2 (two) years (except companies).
In addition to the mandatory guarantees provided by law, products sold by Inlinea also benefit from other guarantee conditions offered by the respective manufacturers, with only these manufacturers being responsible for compliance. We consider current warranty extension campaigns as an example.
If the purchased product is faulty, the Customer must report the situation to Customer Support via our contact page, providing their order number and a description of the malfunction.
Technical assistance is provided by the brands themselves.
If the technical check detects signs of misuse, and/or any problem that may have caused the item to malfunction (e.g. falling, damp, etc.) the product will be out of warranty.
In the case of goods outside the warranty period, the Customer may still wish to have the item repaired, so they can inform Inlinea of the fault to Customer Support, and they will forward assistance to the assistance station in their geographical area. .
In the case of products made to order, made or personalized in the Customer's interest, no guarantees apply. The Customer has the right to complain about a manufacturing defect, which will be analyzed by the competent authorities. If it is found that the anomaly is caused by improper use or unsuitable environmental conditions, Inlinea is not responsible for any exchange, return or refund of values.
19. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
All purchases made on the inlinea.pt website are subject to Portuguese legislation. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation of the General Conditions of Contract and Use will be submitted to the competent Portuguese Court.
20. PROMOTIONAL CODES
If you have a promotional code, you can use it when completing your order. Choose your products, add them to your shopping cart, then enter the discount code in the space provided to be deducted from your order total.
21. PAYMENTS
The purchase of products on inlinea.pt accepts the following payment methods:

Inlinea does not place, process or validate orders made via telephone, e-mail, telesales or any other nature other than via our website inlinea.pt, except for custom products, personalized according to the Customer's criteria, which are only possible process through our Customer Service.
For this unique case, the Customer will be in contact with an official Inlinea collaborator, who will process the Customer's personalized order and send him an email, via our official Customer Service email, with the payment details, being this done, as indicated, through our website inlinea.pt
